Sketchbook drawings

I got a sketchbook before Christmas and decided for the new year that I would try and draw one a day. Its the 11th and I am still doing it! yeehaw.

These are some of the earlier ones.

I will keep posting as I go - I did some mandalas too that were pretty cool.

It's really good practice and a challenge to find something to draw everyday.

I just have to look around though, and I will SEE.

I like these. The girl on the bottom - love her hair!

The santa one is plain cute... I love that snowman!

The building at the top is VERY nicely done!!

and the one with the design to it is fun to look at!

Cheryl, these are GREAT! I love the architecture of the first drawing, and the girl's hair in the last one. Well, I love a lot more than that, but those are the first two things that caught my eye. Nice work!

Cheryl, I LOVE these sketches in your book! I am trying to sketch more too, and have been really inspired by the whole Moleskin sketchers community online. We will have to encourage each other to keep it going! ;-) I'll post some sketches soon!

Thanks for sharing these! LOVE them!
