Thankful...

The road yesterday afternoon. Lots of snow and pretty!

Then last night we heard this loud Craaack! And because of SO much snow, branches falling everywhere. Yesterday morning, a branch hit the patio door in the bedroom and didnt hurt it and last night we go out and see this huge branch!



See how close it is to the car? Even though we are Canadian, it is very fitting that we are thankful this day.

On my front porch the other day... beautiful Nov weather lately. Some snow, but not staying and today is raining.

I am trying to get my art room all sorted out and it is taking forever! I have found tons to list on etsy and ebay and will be doing that later this week.

Tomorrow - waiting in the garage for my car for who knows how long. Lotsa fun! Gonna get caught up on my reading anyway!

Woohoo!

I just got home late last night... down at Mom's for the night - watching Sarah in a huge play in a major city. Awesome!

We got back to moms at 1030 and I turned on the TV right away. We are EST and Obama was winning but it was not called yet.
At 11:04 results came in and YES! over 300 seats. What a night.

I stayed up till 1230 watching the speech. Well worth it.

I've heard since then that people in the streets up here! Toronto and Vancouver and people crying and hopeful.

What a difference a day makes.
